Supporting the local workforce

We’re committed to supporting the local communities where we operate by employing and training local workers to eventually replace our travel technicians.

We utilise our team of fully trained, experienced travel technicians to get the project off the ground, to minimize disruptions to works during the early stages of the project, then look to the local workforce and provide them with the training they require.

This investment in the local workforce provides job security and a boost to the local economy.

Supporting local suppliers

We also support local suppliers by setting up accounts for consumables, parts and materials. We then maintain those relationships throughout the life of the project.

Supporting the broader community

We also raise funds to support local sporting clubs, schools and charities.
